Butter Vanilla (White): a classic, moist white cake, made with fresh butter and free-range eggs; it is aromatic with vanilla.  It complements every one of our fillings, and is a popular "crowd pleaser."

Chocolate:  Our very own recipe makes a a moist, rich chocolate cake, with a hint of vanilla and almond.  Popular with children and adults alike, with a well-balanced chocolate flavor. 

Strawberry Swirl:  A new offering, pairing our classic Butter Vanilla cake with a rich swirl of fresh strawberries.  It looks especially pretty when plated.

Pistachio Cardamom:  The subtle nuttiness of finely ground pistachios is lightly accented with fresh-ground organic cardamom.  An elegant cake, which is not overly sweet.

Chocolate-Cherry:  Another favorite.  An especially moist chocolate cake, flecked with chopped cherries.  It is decadent with a chocolate ganache filling. 

Apricot Sunshine:  A bright, cheery cake, flavored with apricots, oranges, and lemons; it pairs well with fruit fillings. 

Butter Yellow:  Our classic, moist "yellow" cake, rich with fresh butter and eggs.  Another good choice to pair with all of our fillings, when combined with chocolate icing, it makes a nostalgic favorite. 

Almond:  An elegant choice: a delicate cake flecked with sliced almonds and a light touch of organic tea and spices.  An excellent choice with our Tiramisu filling, it tastes especially good when soaked in our home-made coffee-rum syrup.

Cinnamon Crunch:  A delicious, rich yellow cake filled with a rich swirl of our home-made cinnamon-brown sugar candy. 

Red Velvet:  A southern classic, Red Velvet is not a true chocolate cake, having its own delightful taste of both chocolate and vanilla.  

Vanilla-Raspberry-Chocolate Marble:  Our classic white cake, with two rich swirls of dark chocolate and rich raspberries.

Hazelnut Mocha:  The rich chocolate taste is deepened with the flavors of fresh-brewed coffee and finely ground organic hazelnuts.

Coconut:  A delightfully moist cake, rich with coconut.  It makes a lovely alternative to a classic white cake for weddings.

Lemon: A bright, pretty light yellow cake, not too sweet, with the taste of fresh lemons and all-natural lemon extract, and flecked with hand-grated lemon peel  The optional flavor, Lemon Poppyseed, adds the subtle nutty taste of poppyseed to the cake.

Orange: A rich, moist cake, with the fragrant aroma of fresh oranges and all-natural orange extract, and flecked with hand-grated orange peel.  A favorite with children.
